Thank you for choosing our water filter jug! I take your satisfaction very seriously, but if you are unhappy in any way with your purchase, I understand and I’m sorry. To ensure you have a hassle-free return process, I have established the following return policy.
Luxulifely’s return validity period is 14 natural days. If you are not satisfied with the water filter jug you purchased, you can apply for a return within 14 natural days after signing for a full refund of the purchase price.
We need to remind you that water filter jug needs to meet the following conditions:
1) Return requests need to be made within 14 natural days after receipt. If it exceeds 14 natural days, we will no longer accept your return request.
2) The returned water filter jug can be in lightly used condition, but it needs to come with all original packaging and a return label (the return label will be included in the original packaging of your water filter jug when shipped).
3) The water filter jug has no obvious signs of use or human damage, and there is no dirt or other conditions.
About canceling orders
After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account orders details.
If you need to cancel an order, you can only modify the order within half an hour after placing the order and the order has not been processed. After half an hour, our order will enter the packaging process. Once packaging is completed, the order cannot be canceled.
After the order is canceled, the refund will be returned to your PayPal payment account within 1-2 business days, please wait patiently.
How to request a return or exchange
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact customer service Andre Soto at [email protected] within 14 natural days after receipt to apply for a return or exchange. Please provide your order number and purchase details when making returns or exchanges so that we can process your request quickly.
Alternatively, you can find the order you need to return or exchange on the orders details page, submit your return or exchange application, and we will confirm your return or exchange application as soon as possible.
Return order processing time
We want to make sure you are satisfied with your shopping experience and we will process your return order within 1-2 business days.
Luxulifely.com’s return order processing time is Monday-Friday/9:00AM-5:00PM (CST).
Return orders placed after 5:00 pm from Monday to Thursday will be prioritized at 9:00 am the next day.
Orders placed after 5:00pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. Return orders are not processed on weekends.
If the order has not been processed for more than 2 business days, please contact customer service Andre Soto at [email protected] and we will give priority to processing it for you.
Return process
If you decide to return the goods within 14 natural days after signing for it and have already made a return application, you can follow the following process:
1) There is a return label in our original packaging. Please fill in the relevant information on the label before returning the product.
2) Pack the water filter jug in its original packaging, including the return label, and send the water filter jug to 16523 Cypress Downs Dr, Cypress, Texas, 77429.
3) After express delivery, send the logistics information and express delivery number to customer service Andre Soto via email [email protected] so that we can refund you as soon as possible after receiving it.
4) Once we receive the returned water filter jug, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days and return the refund amount in full to your PayPal payment account, please wait patiently.
Return shipping costs
1) If the water filter jug you receive has quality problems such as wear and tear, the shipping cost will be borne by Luxulifely.com.
2) If you need to return the water filter jug because you don’t like the style or other personal preferences, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Exchange process
If you need to exchange the product within 14 natural days after signing for it, you can follow the following process after making the exchange application:
1) Pack the water filter jug in its original packaging and send the water filter jug to 16523 Cypress Downs Dr, Cypress, Texas, 77429.
2) After the express delivery, please send the logistics information and express delivery number to customer service Andre Soto via email [email protected] so that you can re-delivery as soon as possible after we receive it.
Exchange shipping cost
1) If the water filter jug is required to be replaced due to quality or transportation problems (for example, the water filter jug received is defective or damaged), the shipping cost will be borne by Luxulifely.com.
2) If the exchange is not due to quality problems or missing products of the water filter jug, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Refund amount
1) Refund processing method for successful returns
After the return is successful, your refund amount will be fully returned to your PayPal account within 1-2 business days. If you paid the shipping fee, the shipping fee will also be refunded.
2) Refund processing method for canceled orders
After successfully canceling your order, your refund will be fully refunded to your PayPal account within 1-2 business days.
It may take some time for the refund to arrive, so please be patient.
About the cost of secondary listing
Please note that you do not need to pay for secondary listings.
