Free UPS Express shipping on orders over $200 (we currently only sell in the US)
Order processing time
I understand that you are eagerly looking forward to receiving your water filter jug, so we will process the shipment for you as soon as possible within 1-2 business days after receiving the order. If there is a holiday, it will be postponed.
Our order processing time is Monday-Friday/9:00AM-5:00PM (CST).
Orders placed after 5:00 pm from Monday to Thursday will be prioritized for processing at 9:00 am the next day.
Orders placed after 5:00pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. Orders are not processed on weekends.
If the order has not been processed for more than 2 business days, please contact our customer service Andre Soto via email [email protected], and we will refund you or process the order with priority.
Shipping time
To ensure that your water filter jug arrives in the best condition, we choose reliable UPS Express as the shipping method.
The delivery speed will vary depending on your geographical location. Generally, you can receive the water filter jug within 2-5 business days after shipment. If there is a holiday, it will be postponed.
If the shipping time exceeds 5 business days, please contact our customer service Andre Soto via email [email protected] in time, and we will refund or reship the product for you.
Delivery time
From the time we process your order, it will take approximately 3-7 business days for you to receive the item. If there is a holiday, it will be postponed. Details are as follows:
(1) We usually need 1-2 business days to process your order.
(2) For orders shipped via UPS Express, our shipping time is 2-5 business days.

We have UPS Express as a shipping method: whether you need to pay shipping depends on the amount of your order.

About consumption tax
We do not charge consumption tax. If consumption tax is incurred, customers need to pay it themselves.
Package
I know that you are looking forward to the safe arrival of the water filter jug you purchased, so we use professional packaging to ensure that the water filter jug is not damaged during transportation.
We will pack your water filter jug in cartons while adding plastic foam paper inside to prevent scratches, bumps or crushing to minimize potential shipping damage.
Before shipping, we will conduct strict inspections on each water filter jug to ensure that it meets high quality standards and provide you with the best experience.
The package contains the water filter jug you purchased and a return label (the return label will be required to be returned when returning the product, so it is recommended to keep it properly).

Once your purchased water filter jug is shipped, we will immediately send an email to your inbox with the UPS Express order number so you can check the shipping status of the water filter jug at any time. You can also check the progress through the track order page.
3. What if my water filter jug is lost during transportation?
Although it’s rare, don’t worry if your water filter jug gets lost in transit. You can contact Andre Soto at [email protected] and provide your order number, and we will arrange re-shipment or refund for you.
