To track your order please enter your tracking number in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
Our order processing time is Monday-Friday/9:00AM-5:00PM (CST).
Orders placed after 5:00 pm from Monday to Thursday will be prioritized for processing at 9:00 am the next day.
Orders placed after 5:00pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. Orders are not processed on weekends.
Order status terms
Pending — Order received (unpaid)
Processing — Payment received (paid) and stock has been held; order is awaiting fulfillment at the warehouse.
Completed — Order fulfilled and complete – shipment tracking included.
Canceled — Canceled by our CS team or by the customer.
